operate a 24 hour Manned Control Room, using the Log Soft
to assist in the Rostering and
Monitoring of all Security Contracts. Our Duty Controllers
are often the first point of contact that our Customers,
Potential Customers, Staff, Suppliers and the general
public have with our Company. To this end, all of our
Controllers are "Hand picked" for their role
and receive detailed and rigorous training in the execution
of their duties.
Customer Care, Dedication to the role, Communication Skills, Computer literacy, a Proactive approach and exceptional standards of deportment are merely a random selection of the qualities demanded of our Control Room Staff.
This, vitally important function is overseen by our Managing Director who's motivational and interpersonal skills ensure maximum efficiency from the team at all times.All of our Mobile or Static officers book in with control via the Log Soft computer and have to complete a Health & Safety check call every hour. Their duties are rostered through the Log Soft system and all billing is generated from their booking in and out of the system. All late arrivals and missed check calls are recorded in order that the correct investigative or disciplinary action may be taken.
A Control Room Log Book is maintained so that any incident, no matter how trivial, is brought to the attention of the Management team for further action.
CCTV/Remote Monitoring, Lone Worker Monitoring, Vehicle fleet Management and Call Centre Operation are just a few of the additional tasks undertaken by this Highly Trained, Self Motivated and well Managed team of whom the Company is rightly proud.
