Our team of Security Officers are carefully selected for each individual Customer. When selecting staff for individual Contracts our aim is always to provide a well balanced and professional TEAM who will, at all times, represent our Customers and the Company in a mutually beneficial way. Our selection process is demanding and the rejection rates are high but this process provides our Customers with Officers in whom they can feel totally confident. When staff are transferred into our employ under the current TUPE regulations, we are always careful to assess any training and development needs that they may have and to address those needs as part of the Contact lead in period.

Our staff are well aware of the need to adapt to change and progress, often with little or no notice. Our methods of simple, but clear communication, ensures that the Customers needs are met with the minimum of fuss and disruption to normal routine.

An experienced and professional Supervision team supports all our contracts and conduct regular visits to all our Assignments. These visits are the subject of a detailed written report covering such topics as Presence, Appearance, Patrols, Equipment, manned guarding Assignment Knowledge, Identification of Training needs and Personal Welfare issues. The client can feel safe in the knowledge that Alert Security's vastly experienced management team are continually monitoring the service and at least one Manager is available at all times to ensure that you receive the service you rightly demand.

Continuous monitoring of all officers is conducted by Alert Security's 24 hour Control Room in Dunfermline, which applies recognised safety contact systems for all assignments using a computerised control system.
